Returns and Refunds Policy
At Neverfull Luxury, we take pride in offering only authentic secondhand and pre-loved luxury bags. Please note that all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges, except in rare cases involving authenticity concerns.
If you believe your item is not authentic, a refund will be considered when it is verified as unauthentic by at least two professional authenticators within one year of receiving your order.
For all other purchases, exchanges are not available. This policy ensures that every handbag is handled with the highest level of care, giving our clients confidence in their luxury bag investment.
